David Dooley
CEO/Founder (Senior Board Member)
David Dooley is the CEO and Founder of The Dooley Corporation. He is a highly experienced Administrator who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of fast-paced environments and highly competitive industries (home and community-based programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities, home, and residential care services and child care services). David has spent more than 13 years working with at-risk youth and families in multiple environments. David's patience and true concern stem from real-life experience identifying and articulating the specific behavioral needs of struggling youth and adults. His passion is working with families in crisis, directly with parents, adolescents, and young adults, helping them heal their lives. David's return is reuniting families and being instrumental in restoring health and abundance to their lives.
David has experience working with children with Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression and other developmental disorders. David has helped construct ABA treatments in residential settings for individuals from birth to 21 in several capacities, including developing and overseeing treatment programming, staff development with an emphasis in organization behavior management (OBM) and parent training. He has also conducted adaptive skills training with adults of all ages and provided school consultation for school districts and private schools.
For more than 7 years, David Dooley has provided Behavior Intervention for adolescents, young adults, and families. With his deep understanding of the innate Behavior effects of Behavior Intervention on improving of young people, David has become a recognized leader in teen and young adult treatment.
